Domestic Shipping Options and Ship Times
Please allow one business day for credit card processing. Our shipping department processes orders on regular business days Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Orders placed on Friday are not processed until the following business day. To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the item(s) you ordered and the shipping option you selected.

One day Processing + Delivery Method = Estimated Delivery Time
Example: An item that usually ships in 1 to 2 days and is sent via Standard Ground Delivery (3 to 7 days) will arrive in 5 to 10 business days. You can find the express shipping cost by using our online shopping cart system.
Express Delivery Option
We offer 1 Day, 2 Days and 3 Days USPS Express or Priority Delivery options. Express Delivery charges are based on the order's total weight and its destination. You can find the express shipping cost by using our online shopping cart system. Please note that by choosing the Express Delivery option, it will not reduce the time for your order to leave our warehouse, it will only reduce the time in transit.

Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time
Example: An item that is usually ships in 1 to 2 days and is sent via Next Day Air (1 day) will arrive in 2 to 3 business days.
International Orders
On international orders, please call us at 1(888) 889-9876 or 1(760) 804-3778 on regular business days, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Pacific Time. Average transit time for international shipments includes 1-2 days for processing, and does not include or guarantee delays in customs in the U.S. or in the receiving country.
