Sales Tax
In accordance with applicable state law, a sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not collected on shipments to recipients outside California.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Be sure to provide the name as it appears on the card and the exact billing address associated with the card you are using. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. All sales are transacted in US dollars.

Restore It Yourself, Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of this product as identified in product label directions, DVD tutorials or instruction pamphlets. Liability is limited to actual replacement cost of the product only. Do not use any Scratch-B-Gone product on any stainless steel looking surface that is synthetic, has a coating or has a polish or mirrored finish. Read and follow product instructions completely before attempting to restore any surface.
Online Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer a refund or exchange of products proven to be defective due to our manufacturing or fulfillment process within 30 days of the original order date. We also provide a refund if you are not completely satisfied with product results within 30 days of the order date. Our return and exchange process is valid for orders from U.S. Territories only. A copy of your packing slip or receipt must accompany your return.
Product refunds or exchanges can be made by calling us toll-free at (888) 889-9876 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm PST. Credits are issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

For exchanges, we include a pre-paid UPS Mailing Label with every replacement product. Once you contact us for a valid exchange, we will bill your credit card and ship the replacement product. Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse we apply a full credit to your card for the original purchase.
